Are you an ambitious Commis de Cuisine and want to further develop your craft at the highest level in a state-of-the-art kitchen? Then it’s time for us to get to know each other

• Ensuring cost-optimised work at the station
• Mise en place and preparation of various dishes according to the recipe
• Ordering goods in cooperation with supervisors
• Compliance with hygiene regulations

• Completed chef apprenticeship with federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Professional experience in upscale restaurants
• Efficient and resource-oriented working method
• German language skills
• Willingness to work at weekends (shift work between 6.30 am and 5.30 pm in a 7-day operation)
