At Lavaux Hospital, our human-scale medical team includes, among others, six assistant doctors who cover mandates from six months to a year. Aware of and committed to our role in the basic training of tomorrow's caregivers, we also actively collaborate with regional nursing schools and welcome around twenty nursing students per year, as well as APS, ASSC, occupational therapy and Red Cross interns.

An expansion project is planned for 2027, with the relocation of care services to new premises currently under construction on the hospital site.

We are looking for a Management Controller (60-80%) to strengthen our Finance and Administration Department.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will join the Hospital at a key moment in its development and actively participate in its growth, particularly within the framework of strategic projects related to the future establishment.
Your main responsibilities
- Contribute to managing the financial and medico-economic performance of the Hospital through the production, analysis and provision of relevant information for the Management and operational managers.
- Carry out financial and economic analyses to inform Management decisions.
- Implement and develop financial and operational reporting tools for the Executive Board.
- Participate in the preparation of financial and hospital statistics for institutional partners.
- Contribute to budget preparation and support managers in the budgeting process.
- Analyse and monitor the performance of the Hospital's various activities by cross-referencing activity, cost and funding data, analysing variances between budget and actuals, and contributing to the identification of improvement levers.
- Participate in quarterly and annual closings and ensure the reliability of financial data.
- Contribute to the evolution, digitalisation and automation of financial processes and tools.
Your profile
Technical skills
- You hold a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- You have proven experience in management control, including budget construction and monitoring, financial analysis and reporting.
- You have a good understanding of financial and analytical accounting as well as the financing mechanisms of the healthcare sector.
- You are proficient with the Opale ERP and comfortable with common IT tools (especially Excel). Knowledge of Tableau is an asset.
