Your Tasks

• You support us in rebuilding our open geriatric psychiatric acute ward and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
• You assist in implementing our new ward concept and continuously help to develop it further with us
• Together with your interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilising patients and thus to a better quality of life
• You support our trainers in the education of apprentices and can pass on your experience to the next generation
• You work on a lively and openly managed geriatric psychiatric acute ward with a focus on dependency in old age
• You are the nursing contact person for patients who need support due to an acute crisis
• You are responsible for organising the nursing process from admission to discharge
• You work in a motivated nursing team with humour and heart and are part of a dedicated interprofessional treatment team
• You and your team ensure that patients receive comprehensive, person-centred care and that our quality standards are carefully observed

Your Profile

• You are a certified nursing specialist HF/FH (or hold a diploma recognised in Switzerland)
• You have experience in psychiatry or experience in somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• Ideally, you bring professional experience in caring for older people
• You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
• You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
