Tasks & Responsibilities
- Leadership of subordinate employees
- Personnel and deployment planning in PEP SAP
- Conducting training sessions and accompanying induction programmes
- Member of the management team
- Active participation in sterile goods processing if required
Professional Competences
- Proven experience in the processing of medical products (FK2 or MPT EFZ)
- Alternatively: work experience in a regulated/medical environment
- Experience with validated processes or quality assurance
- Confident handling of technical equipment
- Knowledge in hygiene management and infection prevention
Personal Competences
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Confident communication with employees, customers, and other stakeholders
- High ability to manage stress
- Quick comprehension and problem-solving skills
- Organisational talent
