- Patch management including installation, configuration and system updates
- Support of network infrastructure including VLAN, VPN and security configurations
- Administration of central systems (SQL Server, Hyper-V, IIS, Nginx, Postfix, FortiGate)
- Further development and support of the Exchange hybrid environment
- Ensuring the backup strategy with Veeam Backup & Replication
- Support for IT, telephony and peripherals (Teams telephony)
- Participation in the further development of the Azure environment
- Support for web and Windows application projects
- Review and further development of IT security measures according to ISMS
- Several years of experience in system engineering and operation of IT infrastructures
- Good knowledge of Microsoft/Linux server environments, networks and IT security
- Structured, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
- High sense of responsibility and ability to prioritise
- Resilient, team-oriented, service-minded
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Tasks
- Operation, maintenance and further development of Microsoft and Linux server as well as client infrastructure- Patch management including installation, configuration and system updates
- Support of network infrastructure including VLAN, VPN and security configurations
- Administration of central systems (SQL Server, Hyper-V, IIS, Nginx, Postfix, FortiGate)
- Further development and support of the Exchange hybrid environment

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology, ideally with further IT training in the field of system technology (HF/FH)- Several years of experience in system engineering and operation of IT infrastructures
- Good knowledge of Microsoft/Linux server environments, networks and IT security
- Structured, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
- High sense of responsibility and ability to prioritise
- Resilient, team-oriented, service-minded
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence
