Certified Social and Educational Assistant (M/F)

to join our team of temporary pool workers, specialised in the fields of disability (mental and/or physical), psychiatry and childhood.

• Work closely with existing teams to ensure appropriate support for the people cared for
• Participate in the development and implementation of educational and social projects aimed at promoting autonomy and skills development of individuals
• Ensure regular monitoring of progress and difficulties encountered by the people supported, maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
• Actively participate in team meetings and internal training to enhance your knowledge and skills

• Activity rate: variable according to your availability
• Contract type: temporary assignments (with the possibility of progression to permanent contracts depending on needs and structures)
• Location: canton of Vaud, with assignments in various establishments depending on needs.

• Certified Social and Educational Assistant diploma or foreign qualification recognised as equivalent
• Significant prior experience in socio-educational support of vulnerable people
• Knowledge of various issues related to disability, psychiatry, child/adolescent protection or other related fields
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
