Ensuring reliable IT operations as well as technical support for employees, workplace systems and business-critical applications
Administration of Microsoft 365, user accounts and permissions as well as monitoring and analysing cross-system interfaces
Support in operating the network and system infrastructure with a focus on data security, backup processes and high system availability
Participation in digitalisation and infrastructure projects as well as coordination of external IT partners and continuous optimisation of existing IT services
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in computer science, system technology or a comparable IT field
Good knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks, Microsoft 365 as well as handling hardware, software and technical interfaces
Experience in collaborating with external IT service providers as well as understanding of stable and secure IT operational processes
Independent and reliable personality with analytical thinking, strong solution orientation and interest in new technologies
