Quality Management Officer Research Neurology

The position is limited to one year.

As a traditional, leading university hospital, the Inselspital is a medical competence and high-technology centre with international influence and at the same time a first-class educational and research institution. Within the framework of our research mandate, we conduct various clinical studies in neurology and are looking for reinforcement for our dynamic team in the field of quality management.

What to expect

• Establishment, maintenance and optimisation of quality processes and QMS structures for clinical studies as well as responsibility for QM-compliant document management and archiving of study documents
• Creation, review and maintenance of quality-relevant documents such as SOPs, work instructions and QM plans as well as quality assurance in neurological studies and NCTU-sponsored studies
• Consultation and empowerment of study teams in quality, compliance and risk issues as well as analysis of quality deviations including support with CAPAs
• Preparation and support of audits and inspections as well as organisation and leadership of a Quality Board including coordination of quality-relevant measures
• Close cooperation with the quality management of the Department of Teaching & Research as well as participation in the strategic further development of quality structures and promotion of a sustainable quality culture

Your profile

• Sound knowledge of Swiss legislation (especially HFG and KlinV) as well as ICH-GCP guidelines and experience in setting up and maintaining QMS structures
• Very good organisational, analytical and documentation skills as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities
• High initiative, resilience and sense of responsibility as well as integrity, loyalty and an independent, structured way of working
• Networked thinking, strong problem-solving skills, flexibility and willingness to learn
• Very good German and English skills
