Role:
In this key role, you steer the operational business as a sparring partner for sales and management, analyse sales channels, and create the basis for sustainable growth in a dynamic omnichannel environment with your data insights.
Responsibilities:
You advise sales management and executive leadership as a finance business partner on business decisions.
You analyse revenues, margins, and sales channels and derive targeted recommendations for action.
You participate in budget, forecast, and medium-term planning and validate sales data.
You prepare business cases, economic viability, and profitability analyses for new sales initiatives.
You continuously develop the BI reporting landscape (Cognos/SAP/Excel) and contribute to cross-departmental projects.
Qualifications:
Completed studies (FH/University) in business administration, finance, or controlling.
Several years of professional experience in business controlling, preferably in sales, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce environments.
Strong MS Excel skills as well as practical experience with ERP and BI tools (SAP and Cognos Analytics advantageous).
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a pronounced consulting and doer mentality.
Fluent German and very good English skills for the international working environment.
