Role:
In this position, you are responsible for the technical service and maintenance of laboratory equipment at customer sites. You carry out installations, maintenance, and qualifications and ensure the reliable operation of the systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations at customers’ premises
Technical support via telephone or email
Qualification and functional testing of laboratory equipment (IQ/OQ)
Training and instruction of users
Support with service training and technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training in a technical field (e.g. automation technician, electrical technician, refrigeration technician)
Experience in technical service and equipment maintenance
Good knowledge of electrical engineering and MS Office
Good German and English skills, spoken and written
Willingness to travel within Switzerland (70-80%)
