Construction Manager GU/TU Zurich (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Construction Manager GU/TU (New Build) for the Zurich region with a place of employment in Opfikon. Exciting projects await you with us - from commercial and residential buildings to high-rises and industrial and data centre constructions, we offer you a modern working environment. Tasks

What tasks await you as Construction Manager GU/TU Zurich (m/f/d)?

• As a Construction Manager, you lead, realise and coordinate new build projects from project start to defect-free handover as GU/TU
• You prepare estimates and actively manage the subcontractor tendering process
• You manage construction sites in a team, taking into account safety, scheduling, quality and quantity requirements
• You are the hub on site and the first point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, the client and authorities

Requirements

What requirements do you bring as Construction Manager GU/TU Zurich (m/f/d)?

• Qualified Construction Manager, TS Technician, Structural Draftsperson or equivalent education/training
• Several years of construction management experience in new build projects (GU/TU)
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are a team player, a good organiser, responsible, result-oriented, flexible, resilient, work proactively, efficiently and possess a healthy assertiveness
