Architect Planning / Execution (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an architect to handle diverse construction projects from planning to implementation. The architectural firm develops individual solutions and accompanies projects holistically through design, planning, construction, and site management. You can expect a creative environment with varied projects, a lot of personal responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas.
Responsibilities:
Handling architectural projects across various planning phases
Development of design, project, and execution documents
Creation and processing of plans, details, and construction drawings
Coordination with clients, specialist planners, and authorities
Support with tendering and site management
Participation in project development and execution planning
Accompanying projects through to realisation and completion
Qualifications:
Completed degree in Architecture FH/ETH, training as a technician HF or as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture
Initial to several years of experience in Swiss architectural and construction practice
Good knowledge of Swiss planning and building standards
Confident use of CAD and planning software, ideally ArchiCAD
Good German or French language skills in spoken and written form
