Your field missions

• Talent scouting: Identify, approach and attract the best profiles in the Office sector (Assistants, Sales, support functions, etc.) via LinkedIn, social networks and job boards.

• Support & interviews: Conduct inspiring interviews to assess the potential, skills and aspirations of your candidates.

• HR Partner: Understand the strategic challenges of companies in French-speaking Switzerland and offer them the talents that will make a difference.

• Team Spirit: Actively contribute to the collective energy and the office’s radiance.

• English (minimum B2 level): Fluent command in speaking and writing to easily communicate with international clients and candidates.

• Local anchoring & experience: Good knowledge of the economic fabric of the Romandy region (Lausanne / Vaud). A successful first experience in recruitment, HR or a placement agency (ideally in the tertiary/administrative sector) is a major asset.
