What awaits you

• You are responsible for the prompt and correct processing of simple claims files in French, including the examination of entitlement to benefits related to loss of earnings, in collaboration with our medical service
• You calculate the insured benefits, establish the necessary reserves, perform the required checks and proceed with the payment of benefits
• You support the team with various administrative tasks
• You are in contact with our clients, both by phone and in writing, in French

Your skills

• Commercial employee CFC, ideally obtained within an insurance company
• First professional experience in claims management, ideally in the field of personal insurance and/or individual pension provision
• Strong team spirit and autonomous working method
• Precise, rigorous and efficient work.
• Native French speaker essential and German at least at B2 level; any other language is an advantage.
