Legal Counsel

For our client, an internationally active industrial and technology company focusing on highly specialised system solutions, we are seeking reinforcement. The company supplies a worldwide clientele. For the location in Eastern Switzerland, we are supporting the filling of the position as Legal Counsel.

Your tasks:

- Drafting, reviewing and global negotiation of B2B contracts as well as continuous optimisation of the legal template management.

- Cross-departmental legal advice in day-to-day business (focus areas: contract, commercial, corporate, procurement and employment law).

- Operational management of compliance processes, data protection support and design of internal legal training.

- Coordination of external legal advisors domestically and abroad

Your profile:

- Swiss legal master’s degree (BLaw/MLaw); a Swiss bar admission is an advantage.

- At least 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in a commercial law firm or in-house in an international industrial or commercial environment.

- Business fluent German and English at a professional level; knowledge of French is a plus.

- Strong understanding of economic and technical contexts combined with a solution-oriented ‘hands-on’ mentality.

- Affinity for modern working methods and digital legal tools.
