Site Manager Electrical Installer - Industry (m/f/d)

For a leading specialist in the field of industrial automation and complete electrical solutions based in the canton of Lucerne, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced leader as Site Managing Electrical Installer for the industrial sector.
In this responsible position, you will manage demanding large-scale projects in the industrial and commercial sector (pharmaceuticals, food, mechanical engineering). Since assignments mostly take place outside Central Switzerland, we expect a strong willingness to travel including overnight stays away from home and weekly stays.

Your Tasks

• Leadership, coordination and active execution of electrical installations in industrial plants throughout Switzerland
• Efficient deployment, resource and material planning directly on site
• Central interface between project management, subcontractors and industrial customers on site
• Execution and monitoring of service, maintenance and repair work
• Ensuring quality standards, deadlines and occupational safety regulations

Your Profile

• Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in industrial assembly as well as leadership experience on site
• High willingness to travel (assignments outside Central Switzerland with overnight stays away from home / weekly assembly)
• Driving licence category B mandatory as well as good knowledge of German
• Enjoyment in organisation, leadership of employees and strong solution orientation
