Community Care Assistants

Main responsibilities:

• Provide basic and delegated medical-technical care to adults with multiple disabilities and support them in all daily life activities
• Collaborate in assessing the needs of the people supported, implement, monitor and adapt individualised projects in consultation with the nursing and interdisciplinary team
• Promote the quality of life of the people supported
• Actively participate within the living group in various administrative tasks, maintenance and restocking of care materials
• Supervise ASSC apprentices under the supervision of a nurse

Key requirements for the position:

• CFC diploma as a community care assistant or equivalent training
• Experience in basic care and delegated medical procedures
• Knowledge of the disability sector
• Flexibility, team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility
