Responsibilities:
You actively shape the financial management of the global IT function and support national as well as international projects from a controlling perspective.
You develop management and performance reports for IT and sales, prepare forecasts and budgets, and derive relevant financial insights from them.
In your role as a business partner, you are an important interface between finance, IT, sales, and project management and advise on economic issues.
You support the closing processes and ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are complete, comprehensible, and decision-relevant.
By optimising planning and controlling processes and implementing automation and digitalisation projects, you sustainably improve the efficiency of the finance function.
Qualifications:
A higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, or a related field forms your professional foundation.
You bring solid professional experience in controlling and ideally have already managed IT, project, or international controlling.
Experience with forecasts, budgeting processes, management reporting, and KPI systems is part of your profile.
You possess strong analytical skills, work solution-oriented, and can translate numbers into clear recommendations for action.
Your affinity for IT systems and digital processes helps you identify optimisation potentials and actively drive new solutions forward.
Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile for international collaboration.
