Do you keep an overview even when many threads come together on the construction site? Do you work in a structured way, negotiate confidently and like to take responsibility independently?

Then a versatile position awaits you, in which you actively manage construction projects and ensure that costs, deadlines and quality are always kept in view.

Your tasks

• You conduct tenders, compare offers and lead price negotiations.

• You prepare award applications and accompany the awarding of the corresponding work.

• You monitor project costs and ensure transparent cost control.

• You take over the construction management of projects in the interior finishing and building construction sectors.

• You coordinate schedules and ensure professional and high-quality execution.

• You accompany inspections, coordinate defect rectification and ensure a clean handover.

• You work closely with clients, contractors and specialist planners and are a competent contact person on site.

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as an architect, certified construction manager, site manager or building technician TS

• Professional experience in construction and project management, ideally in the areas of renovation, interior finishing and new construction

• Independent, structured and precise way of working

• Confident handling of MS Office as well as common construction administration programmes such as BauPlus

• Strong organisational and negotiation skills

• Military leadership experience

• Good manners, a neat appearance and a confident manner in dealing with different contacts

• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and driving projects forward independently
