IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You support, analyse and resolve disruptions in the client and server area remotely and on site
- In this role, you install and maintain client-server systems at customers as well as associated peripheral devices
- You package applications and carry out rollouts via software distribution
- As an IT system operations specialist, you implement and manage Microsoft 365 architectures
- You manage Active Directory structures, Group Policies and antivirus solutions
- In this role, you participate in migration projects in the Microsoft environment and occasionally take on on-call duties
Qualifications:
- Completed training or further education in IT system technology or platform development
- Solid practical experience with Microsoft client and server operating systems as well as Microsoft 365
- Confident handling of PowerShell, Group Policies and Windows services such as DNS, DHCP and Active Directory
- Strong interest in Microsoft cloud technologies and willingness for continuous professional development
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact – both remote and on site – as well as a service-oriented, structured and analytical working style
- Driving licence category B
