Role:
As a service technician, you are responsible for the assembly, maintenance and repair of electric drives at customers throughout Switzerland and in neighbouring countries. You analyse faults, repair electric motors and ensure a high level of quality and operational safety.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out service and maintenance work throughout Switzerland and in neighbouring countries
Assembly, repair and maintenance of electric drives for customers from industry, energy production and tourism
Diagnosis and repair of electric motors including rolling and plain bearings
Systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting on site
Ensuring quality and safety standards in all service assignments
Proper documentation and reporting of completed work in the service system
Willingness to undertake day assignments, weekly stays and on-call duties
Qualifications:
Completed training as a winder, electrical machine builder, automation technician specialising in electrical machine construction or agricultural machinery mechanic
Experience in electromechanics, mechanics or electric motor repair is an advantage
Technical understanding and pronounced manual dexterity
Career changers with corresponding technical experience are also welcome
Independent, systematic and solution-oriented working style
High quality and safety awareness as well as reliable working methods
Good communication skills and customer-oriented manner
Willingness for on-call duty as well as nationwide and cross-border assignments
Driving licence category B or BE
