What is my role?

• Review of Spitex prescriptions and needs assessments based on InterRAI HC

• Evaluation of care plans, progress documentation and service records

• Review of WZW criteria regarding effectiveness, appropriateness and cost-efficiency

• Assessment of the service obligation taking into account the legal bases according to KVG, KVV and KLV

• Verification of family care as well as compliance with the provisions of the administrative contract

• Support in the preparation of rulings and handling of objection procedures

• Creation, further development and updating of work instructions, training materials and calculation tools

• Identification and analysis of irregularities as well as development and optimisation of suitable control processes

• Participation in audits and controls of service providers

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and several years of professional experience in the Spitex sector

• Sound knowledge of InterRAI HC and in conducting and evaluating needs assessments

• Very good knowledge of the legal bases according to KVG, KVV and KLV as well as the relevant administrative contracts

• Experience in case management, nursing controlling or performance management is an advantage

• Very good MS Office skills and confident handling of digital tools

• Analytical and networked thinking as well as pronounced negotiation skills and assertiveness

• Very good written expression and precise, target group-oriented communication
