As an in-house IT Systems Technician / IT Systems Administrator (m/f), you are responsible for the internal, smooth operation of the daily IT business as well as the IT infrastructure of our client. - You are responsible for analysing, documenting and resolving fault reports and problems
- You are responsible for part of the IT infrastructure (active monitoring, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance)
- You design and participate in IT projects
- You accompany and support IT apprentices during their training (professionally)
- You create and maintain documentation in the IT wiki
- You plan and conduct training sessions for users
- You have several years of experience in a similar position
- You have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft environment both on-premises (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, file servers) and in the cloud (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365,
Exchange Online)
- You have additional knowledge and/or interest in client management, print management, networking (LAN, WLAN, WAN, FW), business applications
- You enjoy the role as an internal IT service provider and daily contact with people
- You are an open, resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- You work independently and have a high quality awareness
- You speak fluent German (C2) and good English (at least B1)
- You hold a category B driving licence

Profile
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or have a comparable education/training- You have several years of experience in a similar position
