Your tasks:

• Professional and personnel management of the planning team

• Overall responsibility for demanding residential construction projects from development to construction start

• Management of costs, deadlines, and quality throughout the entire planning phase

• Close collaboration with the client, authorities, specialist planners, and contractors

• Further development and quality assurance of existing planning processes

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in project management of residential buildings, ideally in the general contractor or total contractor environment

• Experience in leading and developing teams

• Confidence in dealing with authorities and complex planning processes

• Ability to manage projects holistically and entrepreneurially

• A good overview and clear priorities – even with several parallel topics

• A communicative personality with a structured, clear, and assertive working style

• Training as a technician HF in construction planning architecture or a comparable qualification

• ArchiCAD knowledge is an advantage
