Certified Nurse 60-100% / Deputy Head of Nursing and Care
Your Tasks
- Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Performing treatment nursing activities
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach
- Assuming responsibilities as a key contact person
- Managing the nursing process
- Leading case discussions
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Assuming daily responsibility, optionally: leading nursing staff
- Taking on tasks as a topic leader, with professional authority
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care and Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage
- Experience as a BESA tutor or person responsible is desirable
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
