This is what your everyday life looks like
- The well-being of our customers is close to your heart - good! Because handling customer concerns is one of your main tasks.
- You advise customers personally, by phone or by e-mail - in very good German, preferably also in a foreign language.
- One Team: You work closely with your colleagues and support them in obtaining addresses, processing leads, and scheduling appointments.
- You proactively assist with various sales-related and administrative tasks.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: It shows that you enjoy being with people - you approach them openly and your positive manner is infectious.
- A completed vocational training in commercial business, retail, or another exciting profession - we are open to this.
- Ideally, you have experience in the health insurance industry and have already obtained the VBV certificate - and if not, we will support you in doing so.
- You are good at responding to others, listen attentively, and love helping others.
