Your tasks

• In the Customer Service Centre, you will answer all customer enquiries in 1st-level support across all contact channels (telephone, e-mail, chat, portal and myVisana app, etc.)
• You support our sales team by generating leads
• You act as a competent contact person for our customers and agencies
• For clarifications and queries, you work closely with the 2nd-level teams of the respective areas

Your profile

• You have a commercial or paramedical qualification (Medical Practice Assistant or Pharmaceutical Assistant)
• You preferably have experience in the insurance sector – ideally you have already worked with insurance products or in customer service – but above all, you bring enthusiasm for customer contact
• You are characterised by an independent, precise and efficient way of working as well as customer-oriented behaviour
• As a communicative and outgoing personality, knowledge of foreign languages (French, Italian or English) is also an advantage
