What you can achieve
- Independently handling various secretarial tasks and supporting clinic staff in administrative matters
- Organization, planning, and coordination of courses and further training (internal/external) as well as management of registrations and participant administration
- Preparation of course materials, participant lists, and certificates as instructed by the course management
- Administrative support of the course management
- Communication with lecturers, participants, and internal departments
- Management and creation of documentation and dossiers

- Completed commercial training
- Experience in a support, assistant, or secretarial role, preferably in a hospital
- Structured and independent working style
