Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII and RAI-NH Responsible 80-100%
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for RAI-NH
- Initiating the MDS observation phase and assessments
- Training on correct documentation and support with assessments
- Comprehensive care and nursing of residents in accordance with the mission statement and nursing process
- Performing treatment nursing activities
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Documentation of nursing care
- Taking on tasks as a key contact person
- Managing the nursing process
- Leading case discussions
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care desired
- RAI knowledge at supervisor level
- Training and experience as a vocational trainer
- Wound management knowledge advantageous
- Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
