Polymechanic CNC Manufacturing 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a dedicated polymechanic to take on the following tasks:

• Manufacture of individual parts and small series with the highest precision according to technical drawings

• Setup and programming of state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centres and CNC lathes

• Perform conventional turning and drilling operations

• Ensure quality through meticulous inspection of produced parts

• Active participation in the development and planning of customer-specific production fixtures

• Creation and optimisation of CNC programmes, ideally with Mastercam

• Ensure machine availability through regular maintenance work

• Active involvement in the continuous improvement process to optimise products and processes

What do I need to be successful?

Our client requires a polymechanic with the following qualifications:

• Completed training as a polymechanic specialising in manufacturing

• Solid experience in setting up and operating CNC machines, ideally 5-axis machining centres

• Strong spatial imagination for working from technical drawings

• Reliable, flexible and responsible working style

• Strong team skills and enjoyment of collaboration

• Programming knowledge in Mastercam is an advantage

• Confident handling of MS Office applications

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
