Job Description

• First point of contact for customers by phone and email regarding service issues and technical questions
• Receipt and processing of fault reports, service requests, complaints and spare parts orders
• Coordination and scheduling of service technicians in the German-speaking part of Switzerland to ensure smooth customer service
• Support of service technicians with organisational and technical questions
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations for maintenance, service and repair work
• Monitoring and coordination of logistical processes in the service area
• Maintenance of customer, service and order data in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in internal sales, customer service or service environment
• Technical basic training with commercial further education or commercial training with strong technical understanding
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as strong service and solution orientation
• Organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Very good knowledge of Swiss German and German as well as fluent English skills
• French language skills are an advantage
