Manager Quality & Hygiene 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed, implementation-driven and strong leadership personality as Manager Quality & Hygiene (m/f/d) 100% for the production site in Bern-Liebefeld. In this responsible position, you will lead the entire Quality area (QA and QC) as well as Hygiene and manage a team of five.

Your tasks include:

• You ensure compliance with all quality standards, regulatory requirements and hygiene guidelines and drive the continuous development of the quality management system

• You monitor relevant quality indicators, create meaningful reports and actively promote the continuous improvement process (CIP) as well as CAPA measures

• You are responsible for HACCP risk management and play a key role in crisis and recall management

• You organise and accompany internal, external and customer-specific audits and act as a competent interface to customers, suppliers and authorities

• You investigate deviations and complaints, initiate effective corrective actions and are responsible for Quality Agreements as well as product specifications

• Extensive professional experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry over several years

• Enthusiasm for critically reviewing, improving and permanently establishing existing processes

• A strong awareness of quality as well as high expectations of standards and their consistent implementation

• Experience in staff management and the talent to inspire, involve and specifically promote your team

• Analytical thinking, initiative as well as a systematic and structured approach

• A technical basic education complemented by qualifications in quality management, ideally with an academic background

• Excellent knowledge of German and English
