Automation Technician (m/f/d)

Efficient maintenance of production equipment: You ensure smooth operations, minimise downtime, and maximise operating times
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting: You respond quickly and confidently to technical faults, also in a 2-shift operation
Trouble-shooting and adjustments: You take care of optimising machine controls as well as measurement and control technology to ensure precise production
Updating documentation: You independently maintain the software and hardware documentation – ensuring complete traceability at all times
Electrical installations on machines and buildings as well as fine adjustments and format changes to adapt to new production requirements
Optimisation of production processes: You actively contribute to reducing downtime, raw material consumption, and repair costs, and continuously improve production workflows
Manufacture of spare and optimisation parts: You ensure that parts for repairs and improvements are produced quickly and precisely
Procurement and management of spare parts: You support spare parts procurement and inventory management to ensure rapid responsiveness
Qualifications:
Completed training as an automation technician, electromechanic or a mechanical apprenticeship with solid electrotechnical knowledge
Professional experience in maintenance, both electrical and mechanical, with a focus on production optimisation
Experience with PLC systems, control computers, drive systems and measurement and control technology
Analytical skills: You quickly and independently identify and resolve process disruptions
Reliability, precision and flexibility – you have a systematic working style and are dependable even under pressure
Good IT skills, especially in using software for machine control and documentation
