On behalf of one of our clients, OK JOB Médical Neuchâtel is looking for a passionate Nursing Assistant to join a warm and specialised care home in psychogeriatrics, located in Château-d'Oex.

Nursing Assistants
Your profile:
- Recognised Nursing Assistant qualification in Switzerland: CFC, Red Cross certificate or recognised equivalent
- Proven experience in care homes in Switzerland, ideally in psychogeriatrics
- High adaptability and good team spirit
- Sense of responsibility, empathy and listening skills
- Patience and strong interest in supporting elderly people
- Flexibility in working hours
- Provide hygiene, comfort and support care to residents
- Assist with meal distribution and help with food intake
- Accompany residents in their daily and social activities
- Ensure the well-being, comfort and safety of residents
- Observe the general condition of residents and communicate relevant information to the care team, both orally and in writing
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team
- Adapt your support to the specific needs of residents in psychogeriatrics
