In our External Psychiatric Service, you work closely with people and are supported by an experienced, strong, and multiprofessional team. You enjoy working independently and accompany patients attentively and on an equal footing in their home environment in line with the recovery approach.

You will take on

• Outreach support, advice and treatment of people with mental health issues in their familiar living environment
• Creating goal- and solution-oriented nursing diagnoses based on the recovery approach
• Management of mental crises and somatic accompanying symptoms
• Support, advice and guidance in dealing with social problems
• Development and practice of an adapted and health-promoting daily structure
• Coordination and alignment of necessary therapeutic, nursing and supplementary measures
• For employees with a part-time workload, there is the possibility of an additional, flexibly designed activity in the staff pool

You bring with you

• Completed nursing training at tertiary level (HF, PsyKP, DN II)
• Experience in psychiatric nursing is essential
• Independent working, high reliability
• Empathy, social skills and resilience
• Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
• Due to the outreach nature of the work, a personal vehicle registered in Switzerland is required

The Outpatient Adult Psychiatry (AEP) together with the Psychiatric Clinic Münsterlingen (PKM) is responsible for the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care of the adult population in Thurgau. We treat over 7,500 patients annually and offer specialised outpatient, outreach and day clinic services in Münsterlingen, Weinfelden, Kreuzlingen, Frauenfeld and Romanshorn.
