• Look after guests (check-in, during their stay, check-out)
• Ensure internal and external communication
• Guest advice in the restaurant
• Active participation in the kitchen

Your place of work

Your new workplace is located in Zurich-West. The Renaissance Tower Hotel comprises 252 standard rooms and 48 suites, including a Presidential Suite and a Grand Suite. Furthermore, the hotel has 10 conference rooms, the Equinox Restaurant, and the Lucid Bar & Lounge.

What we offer you - among other things

Events: Introduction week, Chiefs for a Week, special SV specialist courses, apprenticeship graduation ceremony
Financial: 1st year CHF 1,020, 2nd year CHF 1,300, 3rd year CHF 1,550, 13th month salary, financial contribution to school material costs
Working days: 42-hour week
Holidays: 6 weeks
