What you achieve
- You lead a team of around 13 employees in the outpatient medical expenses area.
- You are responsible for the personal development of your employees and work closely with the specialist expert.
- You maintain your network of service providers, customers, and partners of Suva.
- You work in the management team of the Central region as well as in cross-regional working groups and projects.
What you bring
- You bring several years of leadership experience and have ideally further trained in leadership.
- You have already gained professional experience in the field of social insurance.
- You understand the Swiss healthcare system and its actors.
- You are willing to travel as part of your activity.
- Your impeccable German skills are ideally complemented by good French skills (B1-B2).
