Payroll Specialist - Interim
Our client is a mid-sized organisation, within the medical and healthcare sector.
Description
- Independently manage the full payroll cycle for around 300 employees
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage life cycle and HR administration
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR and payroll reports
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting tools
- Utilizeandoptimize HR systems and tools, including:
- Excel (advanced level)
- SharePoint
- AI-enabled tools and digital solutions
- Proactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Profile
- Proven experience as a Payroll Expert / Payroll Specialist
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Swiss payroll
- High level of independence and accountability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and solution-driven approach
