Payroll Specialist - Interim

Our client is a Swiss company. To strengthen the HR function, we are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the team.

Our client is a mid-sized organisation, within the medical and healthcare sector.

Description

• Independently manage the full payroll cycle for around 300 employees
• Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Manage life cycle and HR administration
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR and payroll reports
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting tools
• Utilizeandoptimize HR systems and tools, including:
  • Excel (advanced level)
  • SharePoint
  • AI-enabled tools and digital solutions
• Proactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Profile

• Proven experience as a Payroll Expert / Payroll Specialist
• Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Swiss payroll
• High level of independence and accountability
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and solution-driven approach
