Your Tasks
- With your solid professional competence and a strong sense of responsibility, you carry out nursing as well as medical-technical interventions precisely and efficiently.
- As the central contact person between relatives, medical teams and external specialist agencies, you ensure reliable, coordinated communication and promote a smooth flow of information.
- Thanks to your empathetic nature, you take on the important role of key worker, build trusting relationships with our clients and support them individually in their daily lives.
- Based on professional nursing processes, you create structured care plans that are precisely tailored to the living reality and needs of the people cared for – taking into account their personal resources.
- The use of modern, digital documentation systems is a matter of course for you – thus ensuring seamless, transparent recording of all nursing measures and securing high quality in everyday care.
Our Requirements
- Your completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or as a qualified nurse HF/FH forms the solid basis of your sound professional competence.
- Practical experience in outpatient care, preferably in the Spitex environment, expands your expertise and enables you to smoothly enter diverse areas of deployment.
- With your structured, forward-looking way of working and clear as well as empathetic communication skills, you work efficiently, cooperatively and strengthen the team through your commitment.
- Even in challenging or unpredictable situations, you remain a resilient, calm and confident personality, act flexibly and always find pragmatic solutions.
