ICT Supporter (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role as an IT operations and cloud systems specialist, you support customers as a competent ICT support engineer and are the first point of contact for their concerns. You alternate between helpdesk assignments and the commissioning of client, server, and network systems - on-site if required. You are responsible for receiving, qualifying, and prioritising faults and support cases and handle these largely independently within your knowledge. You can always count on the support of a well-coordinated team when more complex challenges arise. After comprehensive training, you will gradually take over operational responsibility for defined services, including technical contact, maintenance, and further development.
Responsibilities:
- You operate and maintain Microsoft system and cloud environments in ongoing operations.
- In this role, you analyse technical problems and independently find structured solutions.
- As an IT operations and cloud systems specialist, you manage Windows servers, clients, remote desktop environments, Active Directory, and virtualisation solutions.
- You configure and monitor IP networks for stable and secure operation.
- In this role, you competently and service-orientedly support customers in direct contact.
- As an IT operations and cloud systems specialist, you work closely in a team, take responsibility, and perform on-call duties if required.
Qualifications:
- You have completed IT training or hold a comparable qualification in the IT field.
- You have several years of practical experience in ICT support, ideally with a focus on cloud and IT services.
- You are skilled in analysing and resolving technical faults and competently and service-orientedly support users.
- You are familiar with common cloud platforms and modern IT infrastructures.
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You communicate clearly in German and can explain technical matters understandably.
