What you can achieve:
- You analyse the needs of our customers and act as their competent contact for everything concerning the installation, use, and maintenance of our draft beer dispensing systems
- You ensure the installation is carried out professionally and that the systems function perfectly, taking responsibility for their cleaning, maintenance, and necessary repairs
- You independently plan and coordinate service interventions and organise them directly with our customers in the hospitality sector as well as with external partners (e.g. third-party companies or electricians)
- You advise and train our customers' staff in the use of the systems to ensure optimal operation
- You occasionally provide an on-call service and respond reliably and efficiently in case of breakdowns
- You independently carry out administrative tasks, including intervention reports, using our digital input tool
- You identify additional needs of our customers and advise them on supplementary services, such as gas detectors or electrical appliance safety checks
Your profile:
- You have a basic technical education, ideally in plumbing or electrical fields, and possess good manual skills
- Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
- You live in the service region and hold a category B driving licence
- You are proficient in using digital tools such as a tablet or smartphone
- You stand out through your organisational skills, autonomy, and excellent communication abilities
- You speak French fluently. Knowledge of German and any other languages is an advantage
