- Planning, realisation and operation of modern infrastructure solutions (on-premises and cloud) that create real added value for the company
- Advising and supporting internal departments on IT-related issues
- Taking over troubleshooting, analysing faults and ensuring sustainable solutions
- Close cooperation with external partners to support and further develop client and network infrastructures
- Active monitoring of new technologies, especially in the area of Microsoft 365 and Azure, as well as contributing fresh impulses
- Analysing existing processes and developing practical improvement proposals
- Several years of professional experience as an IT System Engineer, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Manager (SCCM/MECM, Intune), Active Directory (OnPrem & Cloud), SharePoint Online, Teams and Competella
- Experience in client management and network infrastructures
- Practical experience in project management with verifiable successes
- Structured, communicative and solution-oriented working style
- Enthusiastic, networked-thinking personality with a strong service orientation
- Fluent German skills (C2), very good English skills (B2), French skills advantageous (not mandatory)
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Tasks
- Responsibility for IT projects in the Microsoft environment from conception to successful implementation- Planning, realisation and operation of modern infrastructure solutions (on-premises and cloud) that create real added value for the company
- Advising and supporting internal departments on IT-related issues
- Taking over troubleshooting, analysing faults and ensuring sustainable solutions

Profile
- Completed IT training (EFZ) with further education (FA/HF/FH) advantageous- Several years of professional experience as an IT System Engineer, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Manager (SCCM/MECM, Intune), Active Directory (OnPrem & Cloud), SharePoint Online, Teams and Competella
