The Yooji's Manufactory, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi, and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufactory is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 staff. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufactory. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri, and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop stores throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Tasks
- Prepare and provide mise en place
- Active participation in the hot and cold kitchen
- Flawless production of kitchen products according to communicated daily requirements while adhering to current processes
- Adherence to recipes and ensuring quality
- Compliance with and control of hygiene standards in the area of responsibility
- Various tidying and cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Professional experience as an assistant cook
- Experience in event and banquet areas is an advantage
- Clean and efficient working style
- Enjoyment of structured workflows
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- German language skills at A2 level, English skills are an advantage
