Site Manager – Vevey

If you are passionate about architecture and construction, have solid experience in site management, and wish to participate in the delivery of exceptional projects, this opportunity is for you!

As part of the development of our Vaud branch, we are looking for a motivated, rigorous, and autonomous Site Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the management and monitoring of works, from preparation to project handover
• Coordinate the various stakeholders, contractors, and agents
• Organise and lead site meetings and ensure follow-up of minutes
• Guarantee respect for deadlines, costs, quality, and project requirements
• Develop and monitor work schedules
• Control completed services and ensure follow-up of finishing works and defect rectifications
• Manage tenders, awarding, and contract follow-up with contractors
• Ensure financial monitoring of works and invoice control
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety rules on site
• Maintain smooth communication between the client, agents, and contractors

Your profile

• Training in construction, architecture, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in Switzerland in a Site Manager position
• Excellent knowledge of the construction sector and Swiss practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and rigour
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Fluent French, enabling clear and smooth communication in a professional environment
• Good command of common IT tools and project management software
• Good knowledge of SIA standards and tender procedures
