For one of my clients; we are looking for a Tax Lawyer to strengthen their tax practice and support a Swiss and international clientele on complex advisory and structuring issues.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities:
- Advise private and commercial clients on Swiss and international tax matters.
- Support clients in their restructuring operations, business transfers and wealth planning.
- Draft legal opinions, tax consultations and ruling requests with the competent authorities.
- Ensure the follow-up of tax procedures and represent clients in their dealings with administrations.
- Work closely with other departments of the firm, notably Corporate/M&A, Real Estate and Private Clients.
Candidate Profile
Your profile:
- Holder of the Tax Expert diploma
- Several years of successful experience within a recognised law firm with significant tax practice.
- Strong expertise in taxation of individuals and corporations, as well as Swiss and international taxation.
- Excellent analytical skills, autonomy in case management and a strong client service orientation.
- Fluency in French and English; very good knowledge of German is a real asset.
