About the job
The Information Department produces numerous offerings for audio, video and the digital channels of SRF. With diverse news and background formats as well as contextualising discussion and advisory programmes on current events in politics, business and society, SRF facilitates the audience's opinion formation – informative, competent and independent.
Intern: SRF Digital News
What are your tasks?
As an intern in our editorial team, you can support us from 1 March 2027 or by arrangement for six months.
- Writing news articles, background pieces, live tickers and multimedia added value for the SRF app and for srf.ch/news, the news platform of Swiss Radio and Television SRF
- Editing agency reports
- Telephone interviews / telephone research, collaboration with SRF correspondents at home and abroad
- Additionally, you will learn the day-to-day operations of Radio SRF 4 News from the ground up, which also produces digital audio and online content for the SRF News app
What do you bring?
- You are studying at a university (Uni or FH) in Switzerland and have good general knowledge, a great interest in news events at home and abroad, in business and culture
- You have a journalistic instinct and know how to tell a story. You have already gained some journalistic experience
- You can express yourself confidently in German
