For one of our residences, hosting elderly people with intellectual disabilities, we are looking for a

Housekeeper

Your mission

You are responsible for carrying out all cleaning tasks related to the operation of the residence. This includes:

• Cleaning and maintenance of all the residence's premises;
• Washing, ironing and care of the residence's laundry;
• Using the floor scrubber and moving furniture to operate this machine;
• Cleaning and maintenance of furniture, equipment, sinks, mirrors, glass surfaces and walls;
• Restocking paper dispensers, hand towels, soaps, etc. in the toilets and common areas;
• Use of disinfectants and cleaning products according to instructions;
• Collection, sorting and disposal of waste;
• Small handling tasks.

Your profile

• Holder of an AFP in housekeeping or an AFP or CFC as a Cleaning Agent;
• Several years of proven experience in a similar position;
• Ability to work independently while appreciating collaboration with other housekeepers and members of the educational and care team;
• Interpersonal and organisational skills;
• Adaptability and versatility;
• Interest in people with intellectual disabilities and ageing;
• Willing and able to work irregular hours;
• Good command of French.

Contract: Permanent contract Activity rate: 80%
