IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Advise customers, analyse IT needs and develop suitable infrastructure concepts.
Plan, install and reliably operate workplace, server and LAN infrastructures.
Implement and administer business applications based on Terminal Services and Citrix.
Operate and continuously optimise Microsoft server, client and virtualisation environments.
Provide support, maintenance and troubleshooting for systems, networks and applications.
Qualifications:
Basic IT training, ideally with HF/TS further education or relevant Microsoft/Citrix certifications.
Solid experience with Microsoft Windows client and server infrastructures.
Good knowledge of server virtualisation and ideally experience with Exchange and SQL Server.
Good network knowledge in LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN and TCP/IP.
Knowledge of Citrix, Terminal Services and mobile computing technologies.
