Our client, a Neuchâtel SME exporting its products worldwide, has commissioned us to preselect their future

After-Sales Service Coordinator (M/F)

Your main tasks:

- Be the primary contact for customers for all requests related to repairs, installations, commissioning, inspections and maintenance contracts.

- Planning and coordinating service technicians' interventions to ensure optimal use of resources.

- Preparing quotes and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams.

- Providing logistical support to technicians and sales staff during their field visits.

Your profile:

- Basic technical training followed by management or commercial training.

- Significant experience in an after-sales service department.

- In-depth knowledge in planning, personnel organisation, offer preparation and pricing.

- Very good knowledge of German and French. Knowledge of English is an asset.

- Proficiency in an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Flexible working hours (on-call service) and occasional travel.
