The Cardiology Clinic has three cardiac catheterisation laboratories as well as a versatile outpatient clinic with around 50 dedicated employees. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant for our outpatient clinic, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Who we are
Your tasks
- Support with cardiological examinations such as blood sampling, ECGs, ergometries and echocardiographies
- Additionally, you could also care for patients during invasive examinations such as stress echocardiography and electrical cardioversion
- Supervision of trainees
- Co-organisation and coordination of the daily outpatient clinic operations
- Reception, appointment scheduling and management of our outpatient patients
- Handling telephone enquiries as well as correspondence by e-mail
Your profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in cardiology
- You are a sociable, empathetic person and value collegial cooperation
- You have an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Thanks to your communicative nature, you succeed in maintaining constructive collaboration with the interdisciplinary departments in the hospital
